Ian and Mallory | Engaged!

I had so much fun getting to know Mallory and Ian a little better a couple weeks back at their engagement session! We started over at WSU, the place where Mallory and Ian first met, and then the Great Plains Nature Center. And no, the deer in the last picture is not fake! It decided to pass by us right as we were wrapping up our session, so we took advantage of the opportunity!

Two years after being friends and then one year after dating, Ian proposed. Mallory said she was at her parent’s house in Holcomb for a week and Ian was in Wichita. Ian kept teasing her that he would come visit if she made him a peach pie. Then one night, Ian walked in to her parent’s house and simply stated, “I told you I would be here if you made a peach pie!” Then he walked her outside where she found hay-bails with their initials staked in them, where he then popped the question!
