When my dear friend Natalie told me months ago that she was already planning her twins’s one year session, I had no idea that she literally meant it would take her months to complete.
It was a Cowboys and Indian themed birthday shoot, done out at their beautiful country home. Hours were spent preparing, as Natalie sewed and crafted their banners, matching pants, headband, diaper covers and of course the extravagant teepee. I was blown away! When I asked how she made the teepee, Natalie said her dad cut some wood, she only had to buy the rope and then spent hours hot gluing pieces of fabric (that she already had) around it. Credit also goes out to her sister-in-law for making the adorable fire and s’mores station, and her mother-in-law for making their sweet cake. The rustic pieces seen around the set up are from their home.
I hope you enjoy the pictures as much I did! Calvin and Cannon were so cute!
