Sunflowers in Kansas | A Colorful Mini Session

Have you ever seen so many beautiful sunflowers in Kansas? I have never had the opportunity to do a session in a Sunflower field before so I was ecstatic when this year I heard of one right near our house in Augusta, KS! I immediately scheduled three days of mini sessions there, where I had the pleasure of shooting with kids, families and seniors!

I don’t know why but there was something magical about being out there amongst these huge bright flowers, and watching the little kids roam in and out of them with joy. Even the seniors had a blast out there! I am looking forward to this being a yearly mini session.
