2017 was quite a year! Every year we book more weddings than the last, and in turn, every year we grow. The 2017 year held 21 weddings for us, and also helped us achieve our 50th wedding in our career!
Venues we shot at this past year included: Noah’s, Kansas Aviation Museum, Bartlett Arboretum, Calvary United Methodist, Cheney Lake, St. Peters, Villa Luna, Botanica, Rolling Hills Country Club, Alder’s Gate Methodist, Sedgwick County Zoo, Stone Hill Barn, Martin Event Space (KC), Fulton Valley Farms, Trinity, First Evangelical Free, Clinton State Park (KC), Hereford House, St. Mary’s, Chapel Hill, Andover United Methodist, Alexanderwohl (Goessel, KS), and Meridian (Newton, KS).
This blog post was so special to put together; I absolutely loved looking back on these. Every single wedding is different. Every single couple is different. So every one of these holds special memories that we will never forget! A few favorite venues from this past year included: Noah’s, Bartlett Arboretum, Stonehill Barn, Villa Luna, Kansas Aviation Musuem, and the Sedgwick County Zoo!
Everyone knows that weddings are a ton of work, and the pressure is on when you’re a photographer! So we take great pride and joy in this line of business, and being able to capture these once in a lifetime events. THANK YOU so much to all my past bride and grooms for making it a spectacular year! And as a thank you, I would also like to give any past bride and groom of mine a free family session for any wedding referral that books! I so appreciate you all sharing and tagging us in your photos!
Our goal for 2018 is between 20-25 weddings again. I love this number because it’s busy but not too busy, so I can still relax some with my kiddos! Right now, we are also running a wedding WINTER SPECIAL of $150 off for any brides who book before January 31st. So spread the word, and enjoy the best of 2017! (In order of most recent-oldest).
