Meet the classiest couple ever, Danielle and Austin Abitz!
Modern and elegant were the styles I was told that Danielle and Austin’s wedding would reflect. They nailed that on the head. The ceremony, held at Plymouth Congregational Church in Wichita, was elegant, very organized and went without a hitch. I was in love with the building structures there. The couple waited to see each other until the ceremony and we then traveled to Crestview Country Club for photos and the reception.
At the reception site, I was even more amazed by the beauty and classy decor that flooded the giant room. They had a family friend make their cake, who had also made all three of Danielle’s other sibling’s wedding cakes. To think that a police officer can make such amazing cakes on the side blew our minds!
Danielle and Austin also surprised everyone with a rehearsed first dance. I asked them how long it took them to learn it and they said at least ten lessons! And the toasts. They were the best toasts I’ve ever heard. Both the best man and maid of honor had memorized speeches, full of stories and anecdotes that captured everyone’s attention.
Throughout the day, we were continually impressed by the mannerisms and chivalry of the entire family. Thank you everyone for making us feel so welcome! It was a perfect celebration.
PS. I love that they asked to do some fun creative shots with the whole bridal party! I’m always up for a challenge!
