Katie and Bart | Downtown Wichita Engagement Session

Meet Katie and Bart! These two. Are so cute. And can you say classy looking?!

Katie said this of her proposal:

We were in Florida visiting his parents. He wanted to stop at a lake and watch the sunset, and he brought along his guitar (which wasn’t that weird because he does that a lot). He told me he had been working on a song and started playing it. The lyrics included “Will you be a Delaney with me?” It was totally adorable and the best memory (despite the signs that said do not feed the alligators, we WERE in Florida after all!)”

I was so impressed with this couple. I felt like I was shooting a famous person the whole time. I asked Katie if she got her make up done, and she told me she did it herself and has a lot of experience from doing her make up when she worked on cruise ships- cool right?!! I am excited to photograph their wedding at St. Mary’s Cathedral and The Hudson for the reception! Enjoy some favorites from their sweet session in downtown Wichita.
