Guys, the blog is back! It has been WAYYYYY too long. Some of you know about life curveballs, right? (Corona came, I got a day job, moved houses, went through a big life change, etc.- it was crazy!). But now that things have calmed down some, it is time to start this back up!
Up on the blog today, we have the adorable Jourdan and Scott! These two have known each other since elementary school. Jourdan said she never thought anything romantic of him until one night she saw him at a bar, and they laughed the night away. They talked daily, which turned into dating, and then moved to Kansas City together with all their kitty babies.
The proposal:
“I am a very outgoing person, but when it comes to life events, I prefer a private and intimate setting. Scott took me to the National WWI Museum (he is a big history guy), he packed several bottles of champagne and we had a cute little picnic in the sun. I knew something was up, because the entire time he was acting weird – very nervous, fidgety, quiet, etc. We sat there for what felt like a few hours before he got the courage to ask me to marry him.” — Jourdan
Their engagement session was held at the Wichita Boathouse a couple weeks ago. We had limited time and a chance of rain, but they still managed to nail the photos! Enjoy some highlights from the session!
