Presenting Mr. and Mrs. Fisher! Taylor and Brock were married last month at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Wichita, KS.
If we ever shoot in a church, my preference is Cathedral. Even though the light can be a bit difficult, they are known to have some of the most beautiful high ceilings, arches, murals, stained glass and statues. There are usually great spots for dress shots too!
The ceremony was traditional, as Brock waited to see Taylor until the moment she walked down the aisle. I could tell he was trying his best not to cry! Following the ceremony it started to rain! Good luck to the couple of course 😉 But that did not stop us from getting some cute couple shots of Brock and Taylor! We grabbed our clear umbrella and made due! We were very grateful they didn’t mind getting a little wet.
After pictures, we headed to The Point for the reception and boy was I blown away. The decorations were amazing. Half the tables were midnight blue with blush pink napkins and accents, and the other half vice versa. They had tall floral arrangements, chandeliers and a head table that would make you feel like a queen and king!
This group really did know how to have fun and we had a blast being there! Taylor truly was a gorgeous bride. Enjoy some of my favorites from their day!
